How is Enterprise priced?
Per engagement, after a short scoping conversation. Price depends on how many sites, apps and APIs are in scope, how deep the testing goes, and how long you want cover for. You get a fixed quote in US dollars before anything starts, so there are no surprise hourly bills.
When should I choose Enterprise instead of Signal?
Signal covers one domain. If you have several websites, a web app plus an API, staging and production environments, or a customer or auditor asking for testing across your estate, Enterprise lets us scope one engagement around all of it instead of buying plans site by site.
Is the testing manual?
Yes. It is the same hands-on testing as our self-serve plans, sized to your scope. We check access control, logins, business logic and the issues scanners miss. Every finding is verified and written up by a person.
Do you only test systems we own?
Always. Every domain in scope is ownership-verified and covered by a recorded Authorization to Test before any active testing. Third-party platforms you rely on stay out of scope unless their owner permits testing.
What paperwork do you provide?
A written report per engagement with severity, evidence and fixes; invoices in US dollars; and our standard Data Processing Addendum and Authorization to Test. If your procurement team needs something specific, mention it in the form.
